Flavour Range

The flavour and texture of your cake are just as important as its beauty, and I take pride in offering a delicious range of options to delight both you and your guests.

Each cake is freshly baked to order in my home kitchen, using only the finest quality ingredients. Every tier is crafted with four layers of soft, sumptuous sponge, filled with three layers of rich buttercream and fruit conserve. It is then delicately coated in smooth Belgian white chocolate ganache before being finished with luxurious Swiss fondant for a flawless, elegant finish.

Timeless Vanilla

Moist vanilla sponge layered with vanilla buttercream and raspberry conserve.

Sicilian Lemon 

Lemon sponge made with fresh lemon juice and zest with layers of tangy homemade lemon curd , lemon buttercream and pieces of crunchy meringue.

Coffee &Hazelnut

Soft coffee and hazelnut sponge drizzled with espresso syrup, layered with a warm cinnamon and candied hazelnut crumb and espresso buttercream. 

Indulgent Chocolate

Belgian chocolate sponge filled with delectable chocolate buttercream.

White Chocolate & Passionfruit

Lush vanilla bean sponge layered with smooth white chocolate buttercream and homemade passionfruit curd.

Cookie and Cream

Yummy vanilla sponge flecked with chocolate chips, layered with oreo buttercream and oreo pieces.

Chocolate & Cherry

Decadent Belgian chocolate sponge with our delicious cherry buttercream.

Chocolate & Salted Caramel

The perfect combination of Belgian dark chocolate sponge and our delicious salted caramel buttercream.

Apple  Chai Latte

Spi​ced apple chai latte sponge beautifully complimented by our salted caramel buttercream.​

Lemon, Honey &Apricot

Lemon sponge paired with honey buttercream and apricot jam filling to create a flavour palette that's bright, fresh and slightly floral.

Lemon & Blueberry

Zesty lemon sponge dotted with juicy blueberries, layered with delicious lemon buttercream and blueberry curd.

Pistachio and Raspberry

Moist pistachio sponge layered with smooth pistachio buttercream and raspberry conserve.

Espresso Martini

Dark chocolate and espresso sponge soaked in  coffee liqueur syrup layered with a creamy espresso buttercream.

At LinnaCakes, we take great pride in creating delicious cakes for all occasions. Please be aware, however, that we are unable to cater for allergies. Our cakes are prepared in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including (but not limited to) nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and soy.
