The flavour and texture of your cake is just as important as how beautiful it looks, and I aim to provide a delicious choice of options to select from to delight both you and your guests!

All my cakes are freshly baked to order in my home kitchen using the best quality ingredients.

Each tier has four equal layers of sumptuous cake with three layers of fillings of buttercream and conserves which is then coated with a layer of Belgian white chocolate ganache and covered in a luxurious Swiss fondant for a flawless finish.

Timeless Vanilla

Moist vanilla sponge layered with vanilla buttercream and raspberry conserve.

Lemon Meringue

Lemon sponge made with fresh lemon juice and zest with layers of tangy homemade lemon curd , lemon buttercream and pieces of crunchy meringue.

Ultimate Salted Caramel

Lush caramel sponge layered with freshly made salted caramel sauce and salted caramel buttercream

Indulgent Chocolate

Belgian chocolate sponge filled with delectable chocolate buttercream.

White Chocolate & Passionfruit

Lush vanilla bean sponge layered with smooth white chocolate buttercream and homemade passionfruit curd.

Cookie and Cream

Yummy vanilla sponge flecked with chocolate chips, layered with oreo buttercream and oreo pieces.

Red Velvet

Red velvet sponge with subtle notes of cocoa and vanilla with layers of vanilla buttercream.

Spiced Carrot Cake

A moist warming carrot cake infused with cinnamon, fresh orange zest and roasted walnuts, with layers of orange buttercream.

Brown sugar and Biscoff

Brown sugar sponge with biscoff buttercream and crushed biscoff biscuits.

Bailey's

Moist vanilla sponge generously infused with Bailey's Irish Cream and Bailey's buttercream.

Espresso Praline Crunch

A light coffee sponge infused with coffee syrup and layered with a delicious praline buttercream and crunchy hazelnut praline.

Pistachio and Raspberry

Moist pistachio sponge layered with smooth pistachio buttercream and raspberry conserve.

Espresso Martini

Dark chocolate and espresso sponge soaked in  coffee liqueur syrup layered with a creamy espresso buttercream.
