Securing Your Booking
The first step is to check my availability. To ensure I can dedicate the time and care each cake deserves, I take on a limited number of bookings each year. Dates can fill up quickly, so I always recommend securing your date as soon as possible.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking. We can begin discussing design ideas at this stage, though your final design will be confirmed closer to your wedding day, allowing room for any changes or new inspiration during your planning journey.
Tasting & Design
Your cake should not only look stunning but taste unforgettable. To explore flavours, fillings, and decorations, I offer personal consultations at my studio in Walton, Wakefield.

Complimentary Consultation – If you’ve secured your booking, your tasting is included.

£25 Tasting for Two – If you’re still deciding, the cost is fully redeemable against your deposit should you book.
For couples who aren’t local, I offer a luxurious postal tasting box featuring six of my most popular flavours, paired with a video consultation to refine your design.
During your consultation, we’ll discuss your wedding details — from venue and styling to how your cake will be presented. To make the most of our session, I recommend gathering inspiration such as colours, flowers, patterns, or textures you love.
Once your design is confirmed, you’ll receive a full booking form and invoice with all the details. Final payment is due two weeks before your wedding date and, as everything is bespoke, this is non-refundable.

Final Touches & Delivery
In the final weeks leading up to your wedding, I will liaise directly with your florist, stylist, and venue to ensure every detail of your cake is perfectly in place. Around three weeks before your date, I will be in touch to confirm your design, flavours, delivery timings, and setup details — so everything runs seamlessly on the day.
From there, all that’s left for you to do is relax, enjoy your wedding, and savour a beautiful slice of cake!
